Chem-Dry of Santa Cruz County Reviews
Francisco did an EXCELLENT job!!
I really appreciate that.
I’ll call you again when my carpets need cleaning.
Francisco did a fabulous job cleaning my white carpets! They look brand new now.
I highly recommend Chem Dry!
I had been thinking maybe we should replace our carpet–many years old. After Francisco cleaned, it looks like new! He’s a professional, so thorough and hard working. We are delighted with the results and will be return customers. Appreciate the measurements and quote before the work begins.
Love love I get the same gentleman every time named Francisco he does a AMAZING job and very trustworthy. Highly recommend
I received a friendly appointment reminder a day ahead. Francisco arrived on time, and was friendly and helpful. He did a really professional, thorough job, making my old carpet look better than it has in years!
I highly recommend Chem Dry of Santa Cruz, and especially Francisco.
I found Chem Dry on Yelp and checked out their website. I called and spoke to the owner about their process and ingredients for kids. I go back and forth each time I get the carpet cleaned on what type of cleaning (steam vs dry) is better for my family. I decided after talking to them to give it a try. It is appealing to have it be dry within hours instead of days. The cleaning process is mainly carbonated water. They were able to fit us in a couple days after I called. Francisco, the technician, arrived early and measured the areas to be cleaned and gave me a price. You aren’t obligated until after you are given the price and accept it. The price seemed very reasonable to me so he went ahead and got to to work. He did a great job. He was very thorough and took his time. He was at the house for almost 3 hours and the carpets looked great when he was done. One room had some stains from dog poop and he was able to get those out no problem. The stairs looked amazing! Last time we got the carpets cleaned the stairs still didn’t look that great, but this time they are super clean. I opened all the windows to help the carpets dry and to air out the house.
We’ve been using Chem-Dry of Santa Cruz for over 10 years at our home and our office. It is by far the best, easiest, fastest, cleanest and most gentle specialist in the County! Don’t let the name fool you, they only use carbonated water and a series of spinning pads that leaves the carpets clean, soft and practically almost completely dry when they are done! This is such an added plus for anyone who has a busy family life and can’t afford to “wait for the carpets to dry” and cares about gentle materials around the family. Long gone are the old days of self-cleaning the carpets with drenching water and dumping the dirty water bin- Agghh! The service has always been top-notch professional; appointments easy, the technician (Francisco) always on time, works fast and efficiently, stains & dirt are gone, and with services and pricing that makes it so affordable. Our carpets are going on 17 years, with multiple dogs and kids though the years, and don’t even look it! We get them cleaned usually 2x a year (Spring & Fall.) Francisco, the technician, has been amazing over the 10 years and it’s so nice to have the consistency of someone I know and trust in my home. I highly recommend this company and service over all else!
The technician Francisco did an amazing job. He was both professional and accommodating.
